relation to iso11074

From a meeting with Mickaël Beaufils, from the ISLANDR project. Michael recently worked on setting up vocabularies on soil quality. An aspect of his work i was not aware of is that he bases his terms on definitions provided by the iso:11074 standard. The standard document itself is not open, but ISO provides a public platform via which they share a subset of the terms. They use these definitions in the ISLANDR vocabulary, while referencing the section in the iso document using sameAs links. This vocabulary is available via https://data.geoscience.earth/ncl/_ISO11074. For Soilwise it could be interesting to use/link to these definitions of iso using sameas, closematch, narrower or broader linkage.
