Flex is not flexing

Description

Rendering a formSheet + fitToContent + setting flex: 1 to contentStyle + setting flex: 1 to the screen does not render anything, even a backdrop.

Steps to reproduce

1. https://github.com/RohovDmytro/react-native-screams
2. See example: "formsheet-flex-1"
3. Nothing happens.

I have found that flex: 1 on a screen does not work at all and it's not related directly to fitToContent.

Thanks, @kkafar , for bringing clarity and also effort. Uneasy times we are debugging in :) Those remarks do help though. In my codebase I did found okay workarounds taking into account the existing limitations.
