FOSDEM 2022 is on https://fosdem.org/2022/ - which format to adopt?

The details for registering a dev room are not yet there but we should be able to go on https://penta.fosdem.org/ soon enough.

The organizers are still pondering doing it online vs. in person or both at this stage.

In the (IMHO sad) event this will be online only, I would like to start brainstorming on how to make this a lively event.
Recorded video presentations are not really something I enjoy and look forward to. How to be creative for this?
