Sequence conservation annotation

It would be nice to include more clear ways to delineate conserved blocks on the FoldMason MSA viewer.

Potentially:

• Sequence logo
• Jalview-style conservation annotation

Would be rendered above each MSA block with toggle-able option to show/hide.
