Facing issue related to Facebook API

I am getting 502 Bad Gateway when I configure Facebook API in given configuration file. No error log is written.
I am using NGINX server with PHP FPM in windows server environment to run applications. I have configured app_id, serceret_key and page_socpes and other in development.json file. And added App Domain in Facebook basic setting. Kindly suggest me to resolve above issue.

I did some workaround and now getting error on screen while adding a Facebook profile.
WHERE parameter "social_id" has invalid "undefined" value
