Find Demographics API

Right now, I am using http://www.areavibes.com as my source for my demographic data. It is useful because its URLs follow simple patterns that make it easy to scrape and because it provides a lot of data in concise tables/lists.
I am still looking for an actual demographics API I could use, though, because who knows whether areavibes' layout will change in the future.
