write better saving systems

rather than saving all portals to one portals.yml file, save by color/channel per file (portal chain per file)

this will allow you to resave portal chain to file on every addition/deletion from the portal chain at time of instead of relying on saving system of a correct server shutdown. As of now, if a server crashes, portals created on that server session will not be saved.
