Release 6.8 excludes

The automatic release workflow is currently disabled because it hasn't been active for 2 months. Need to re-enable it to trigger the 6.5 update

I wonder if there's any fix for this.

Seems like the only way to prevent auto-disabling after 60 days, is creating empty commits.
