Hidden Voting

As a voter in a given ongoing election, I don't want to be influenced by other previous votes before I cast my vote. In order to do so, as a proposal issuer, I want to have a tick-box to hide voting results until the voting has ended.
This use-case is particularly relevant when we come to NGOs, where privacy and voting independence is very strictly ruled in their statutes.
