Yes, that's totally possible. You need an ENS domain on the Ethereum mainnet to create a space. But once you have that, your space can use any kind of voting strategy you like. If the existing ones don't suit your needs, you can create a new one. Theoretically you can calculate voting power based on the amount of radiation in the atmosphere, multiplied by the amount of tokens you hold.... minus pi.
