Enable tests

A lot of tests are currently disabled because there is no expected result, or the expected result hasn't been verified, or the expected result hasn't been adapted after the behavior of the conversion changed, etc.

Someone who knows what the desired behavior is (@stesk) should go through all of these pending tests and either fix the expected result, or if there is a bug or missing feature, make a comment about that in the test description.

We could convert the tests to ASCII if that would make it easier to read them.

@bertfrees Removing the "uncontracted" class was definitely a mistake. I'm going through the tests now and updating expected results.
