Nested groups ignored in menu-acl #14
Description
When navigation-menu.js.php loads menus and menu items, menu-acl only provides access to users who are directly members of a group, not to users who are members of a group that is a child of the group. (Sigh. Stop implementing your own stuff and just use an RBAC library, knucklehead!)
