Describe the Feature

#886 introduced metrics and instrumented the OkHttp engine to emit the HTTP related metrics defined. The CRT engine also needs to be instrumented to emit the same set of metrics out of the box.

Is your Feature Request related to a problem?

CRT engine users cannot get HTTP related metrics out of the box.
