User transaction

Problem:
Whereas, as of now, there is no way for the app and the server to know whether or not the transaction has happened.
Whereas, as of now, there is no way for the buyers to contact the sellers to notify their intent to buy.

Solution:
There's going to a "transaction finalized" button so that the seller can notify the server that the transaction has been completed
We're going to automatize an email sending mechanism when the buyer clicks on the "buy" button, so that the seller can be notified of the intent to buy.

Instead of having a finalized button, negotiation will occur over chat by either phone number or email, both of which will be provided during the sign up sheet. All of this will be regulated by a standard protocol that users must agree to when signing up.

Update: better and more thorough explanation as to what we should be doing.

1. set up a way to display the sellers' email on sell view so that the buyer can use it to contact.
2. set up a text cell with instructions as to what the buyer should do with the email (pretty obv. but we should be thorough af)
3. update legal with clause saying that the users must agree to release their information (i.e. buyers' emails will be posted as they post the selling thing)

Updated milestone to reflect current status in working. We first have to figure out how to set information from sell page to the buy page!
