updating the FogFlow tutorial

the public FogFlow tutorial is out of date and it is necessary to update the tutorial after the next release.

• make all tutorial information consistent with the new version
• include more examples
• simplify the content

Is still outdated. I want to work with this technology but just running a simple hello world looks hard, and there's no out there many tutorials about how to implement it. Is this technology enabled to be used? can someone give me some update please.
