Lesson 5: Private Key Doubt

Hi, If I create a new account in Metamask, and uses it's private key, Can that compromise my Secret Recovery Phrase? It's better to use another browser profile and a new Metamask?

It would be a new account under the same wallet so it wouldn't require a different secret phrase. It would be the same secret key though.

If you want to be completely safe & hold valuable assets in your metamask maybe the safest route is to create a new wallet just for the course.

While creating a MetaMask wallet isn't that hard, I would recommend to just use a different browser for testing - because that way you will have to keep switching between the two. Cheers
