Can't verify code on Etherscan

In my deploy scripts, after running the deploy command, it actually deploys but i expect to see that its been verified on etherscan but it doesnt show any verification success, please whys that? This is my deploy script..

Thank you! I also ran into the same issue, again the chainId spelling...It took me so much time to check the code. When I fixed the spelling it returns

Is the normal ? Does it mean the contract has already been complied?

Btw when I try to check both chainId and API key, I typed the code
console.log(network.config.chainId), but it returned

bash: syntax error near unexpected token `network.config.chainId'

Am I doing the code right?
