Before const tx = await raffle.performUpkeep([]); We are not increasing blocktime for time interval to pass.... How is time interval passing??

Result is true , My question is, when we are calling performUpKeep at const tx = await raffle.performUpkeep([]);, Which require upkeepNeeded to return true ,... In order to return true for upkeepNeeded,... upkeepNeeded = (isOpen && timePassed && hasPlayers && hasBalance); How is timePassed true? it should be false,...
