LESSON 9: hh deploy [ERROR]

Error: invalid contract address or ENS name (argument="addressOrName", value=undefined, code=INVALID_ARGUMENT, version=contracts/5.6.2)

Terminal is returning the above error after deploying mocks when running hh deploy or yarn hardhat deploy [15:19:55]

I was unable to find a solution online & my 01-deploy-raffle.js seems identical from the one in the course. I also have watched the entire lesson from the beginning once again but still unable to figure out the issue.

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix this bug, plz?

@DorianDaSilva addressOrName this is undefined, you must have typos.

There's probably one of the addresses you're passing that you need to append ".address" to. For example, check if there's a function that you passed "deployer" to instead of "deployer.address"

As you can see from the folder line (See below) it seems that 01-deploy-raffle.js is pointing to an unknown function or contract but not sure if that illustrates the issue nor know how to fix it.

@DorianDaSilva shouldn't it be ethers.getContract("VRFCoordinatorV2Mock")?

@ali-thegilfoyle It returns TypeError: ethers.getContract is not a function. Also tried ethers.getContractFactory but this returns TypeError: VRFCoordinatorV2Mock.createSubscription is not a function

The issue seems to be with Raffle.sol since it compiles properly but is not deploying. I also tried to use the code from the course repo in VsCode & remix but got the same error when running it with the rest of the files or as a standalone.
