Error when compiling..

Whenever i try to compile this Project, it says :

"Error HH8: There's one or more errors in your config file:

• Invalid value undefined for HardhatConfig.networks.etherscan.url - Expected a value of type string."

you got a double waffle in there

and you could add and install

require("@nomiclabs/hardhat-etherscan")
require("hardhat-deploy")
