I'm following the youtube video but i came to know that rinkby test network is not present there, then which is the best option other than rinkby?

I used Sepolia Test network with no issues following along.

Yes the Sepolia Network is the best network to use at the moment. To check what the best current network to use is, go to code then scroll down to the test net part in the readme. You will find the best network to use and the associated faucet for that network.
