LESSON 5: Error: cannot estimate gas; transaction may fail or may require manual gas limit

deploying my first smart contract on ganache and i keep getting this error message. I've gone through the discussions and issues but can't find the solution. I need help!!!!!!!!!!

 const contract = await contractFactory.deploy({ gasLimit: 6721975 });

try setting the gasLimit manually
open ganache and copy the value shown under gas limit in the ganache headr.

   const contract = await contractFactory.deploy({gasLimit: 6721975, gasPrice: ethers.parseUnits('60', 'gwei')});
