WSL 2 error Ubuntu Linux Windows lesson 5

When I installed Ubuntu from either Microsoft store or from powershell (wsl --install -d Ubuntu).
I get this error.
WSL 1 is working fine but WSL2 is giving the error below

Error: 0x80041002 (null)

I have tried all sorts of troubleshooting
1-WSL is enabled in my PC (Windows 11 Pro N)
2-Virtualisation is enabled in BIOS
3-WSL kernel update done
4-VS code Remote development reinstalled
5-Firewall disabled and tried
6-WSL reset
7-Hyper-V status enabled

Nothing worked

I am in lesson 5.
Can I continue this course without WSL2?
Will WSL1 be enough?
Can I just work with windows (not linux)?
