Alchemy did not depreciate the Rinkeby Testnet, it is depreciated by the Ethereum Dev Team following the transition from PoW to PoS due to the testnet being centralized around the Go-Ethereum Team, Less Community Support to maintain the testnet and complex post-merge procedure.
