Remix IDE crashes

Here is an image of the IDE being unresponsive after I tried to add name "Reee444 to the name property and then click 'Transact'. I think not putting the closing quote caused the crash. But how could it crash like that? Is that really supposed to happen? If I reload the page I will most likely lose all my data.

I exited the page. That seemed like the only way to fix it. THe page was completely unresponsive.
Because of a missing closing quote?
