I can confirm that AAVE have changed some lendingPool Addresses and it is throwing same error for me. My script was working fine, so if you want to fix it, you would need to check AAVE if they have some addresses that we are using here updated.

I've got the same error as well, must just be a recent update and i'd imagine that we will get a solution soon

I used variable interest rate instead of stable rate. and it worked. The Aave troubleshooting-errors mentioned by @Neftyr and @alfaqi in the above comment says 12 ValidationLogic Stable borrowing not enabled

It is also good to add if you are receiving now error reason 15 you should change below:

Any idea how to enable stable borrowing?

I was trying that but couldn't get it working yet.

I added two functions getConfiguration to check if the reserve is enabled for stable rate borrowing and enableUserOnReserve if it's true. But now I get error code 19 even when it returns true for the stable rate enabled on the reserve.

Yea it says "Underlying balance needs to be greater than 0" but I'm not sure if underlying = collateral
