You can use Ethereum Sepolia, Polygon Mumbai.

You can get the faucets from:
Sepolia: https://sepoliafaucet.com/
Polygon Mumbai: https://mumbaifaucet.com/

To add Polygon Mumbai to Metamask go to https://mumbai.polygonscan.com/
At the bottom of the page click on Add Mumbai Network
