How do I register my contract with keepers.chain.link ?

In the course, the instructor is going to a site called keepers.chain.link/new but now if i try to go to the same link with the same url then i am redirected to here- automation.chain.link. Now, on this site I have completely different fields to fill liek this -

What should I fill in these fields? Also what is the need to register my contract to upkeeps like this ?

As we have implemented a custom logic, so in Trigger field select Custom Logic, then enter your Raffle contract address in target field, click next.
Enter the upkeep name, let the Starting Balance be 10 LINK, and click register.
