Lesson 2 : can't deploy contract on testnet

hey everyone , I'm constantly getting this error when i want to deploy the contract on Sepolia testnet :

creation of SimpleStorage errored: Returned error: {"jsonrpc":"2.0","error":"[ethjs-query] while formatting outputs from RPC '{"value":{"code":-32603}}'","id":5556267429374905}

I don't have any idea why is this happening and what should I do to fix it.
I would appreciate any kind of help

I found out what was the problem
I'm in Iran and the internet is heavily restricted
I tried deploying it again, this time using a proxy and it worked out
