Error HH604: Error running JSON-RPC server: Connect Timeout Error

Hi,
while running "yarn hardhat node" I'm getting an error:
ERROR:

Error HH604: Error running JSON-RPC server: Connect Timeout Error

error Command failed with exit code 1.

I tried to fix the error by resetting my network connection but nothing changed. I think this is happening mainly becoz I have forked Mainnet using Alchemy API key (If I comment out the forking line, its running fine.)

herdhat.conging.js:

check RPC_URL that in your code

ALCHEMY_RPC_URL=https://eth-mainnet.g.alchemy.com/v2/API_KEY

I have used RPC_URL in this way.

See if you have hardhat deploy in your package.json

You are missing dotenv package.

I have it under dependencies section.

  },

will there be any problem if it is not under devDependencies?

In test environment will not have any problems.
