Cannot fix 'TypeError: ethers.getContract is not a function'

I am getting this error. I have tried the changes mentioned in the ethereum stack exchange which suggested to run the following in the command line-

yarn add --dev hardhat @nomiclabs/hardhat-ethers@npm:hardhat-deploy-ethers ethers

But still it doesnt fix the error.
Here is the code for the 01-deploy-raffle-
