you are using ethers v6, so you have two solutions:
1- change your code to meet ethers v6 changes.

- address
+ getAddress()

OR
2- Downgrade your ethers to version ^5.7.2 in your package.json and run yarn.
to follow along with the course.

I prefer that you downgrade the version, after you get familiar with ethers then upgrade the version.
