Unable to mint the NFT from the new course

Hi Upon scanning the two bar codes I am redirected to the explorer. Can you please guide as to how I can get the NFT

Hey are you talking about how to get nft in wallet after deploying them ?
On explorer you will have the contract Address , just copy paste the contract address and in Transaction hash you can see token Id
now go to your wallet , there you can find NFT's just click on import NFT and paste the addresses
