Problem on installing wsl on my laptop

Hey I just ended up with an error when I tried to install wsl through terminal on VS code
This was the result I obtained. Can anybody guide me in resolving this issue :

Failed to fetch the list distribution from 'https://raw.githubusercontent.com/microsoft/WSL/master/distributions/DistributionInfo.json'. A connection with the server could not be established

If you are on windows, just open ADMIN COMMAND PROMPT and type wsl --install
