lesson 15: (The graph) Failing to deploy the subgraph because Failed to upload subgraph to IPFS.

When i am deploying the subgraph, i am getting this huge error related to uploading the same to IPFS.

is there any fix to this? Why the subgraph is getting uploaded to IPFS? is it necessary? And why my build is not getting uploaded to the graph and my subgraph status is still not deployed.

For me, switch to node 18 works.
