I am trying to replicate the ERC721 from oenzepplin

I am currently writing the functions of erc721 and this are the problematic part

        uint256 tokenId

    }

in the safeTransferFrom function the transferFrom function is underlined with the squigly line and it says undefined identifier. But then if I ctrl+ click it, it takes me to the first function.

How is that even possible.

@darshilmistry It is an external function you cannot call it inside the contract.
