Command 'solc' not found

when I run the command yarn add solc , it seems like it installed everything but when I check using solc --version , error is displayed saying " Command 'solc' not found".

Also to mention node,yarn,nvm and everything before solc is perfectly installed. I verified by checking the version in terminal.

Install solc globally using npm install -g solc and then check it using solcjs --version

if that works

yeah it displays : 0.8.7+commit.e28d00a7.Emscripten.clang

So, the thing is I was trying the command: node deploy.js but it didn't work so I tried everything but it still didn't work. Then someone told me reinstall ethers so I did and wanted to check whether its correctly installed or not I tried checking its version using : ethers --version and it displayed command not found. So I decided to check whether all the packages I installed prior to this were correctly installed or not and found out even solc displayed command not found error when checking its version.

Further on when I'm trying to add ethers and ganache the same error occurs
