Running "yarn add --dev hardhat-deploy", but no deploy after package is downloaded

Hi, I have run "yarn add --dev hardhat-deploy" as well as "npm install -D hardhat-deploy", but I don't have "deploy" as a task I can use when I check using "yarn hardhat". Has anyone else faced this? If so, how did you resolve the issue? Thank you

require("hardhat-deploy")

@sthurley can you please give link to your repo ? so i can check . and one more thing in a single project please don't you two package managers like if you use "yarn" then stick with "yarn" don't run "npm" commands it is also creating errors .
