NFTs don't show up

In Nft-marketplace project, my listed Nfts don't show up on the frontend, I am not able to figure out the issue:
I have used The Graph for listening to smart contract events:

I am deploying the contract on Mumbai testnet.

I think the issue occurs while indexing event with Graph...

the activeItem event doesn't update and show anything..
