environment related issue

in my remix ide it does not showing me injected web3 environment or javascript environment so what is the solution for that or what i can do

@diceyalok For local testing use Remix VM (Merge) and for using metamask use Injected Provider - Metamask

and if a etherium is not sufficient so what i can do?

means in my meta mask there is no sufficient amount of Ethereum
