you are using getContractAt for your fundMe and mockV3Aggregator use this instead

 fundMe = await ethers.getContract("FundMe", deployer)
              mockV3Aggregator = await ethers.getContract(
                  "MockV3Aggregator",
                  deployer

and also remember to change your ethers version to 5.7.2 with this line

yarn add -D ethers@5.7.2
