because the method is a static method ,it can't be referenced by creating an instance

this code is not work in ethers version ^6. let wallet = new ethers.Wallet.fromEncryptedJsonSync( encryptedJson, process.env.PRIVATE_KEY_PASSWORD );
this is correct code - compatible with ethers ^6 - let wallet = ethers.Wallet.fromEncryptedJsonSync( encryptedJson, process.env.PRIVATE_KEY_PASSWORD );
