application deploys but does not load, console log showcases an error

I am trying to deploy my application but an error keeps stopping the initialization, I have tried some solutions but none has worked,I am trying to connect to local host to interact with the application, application gets stuck on loading

Okay, so basically i am done with the solidity part and client side application, i am running npm start to run the application on local host and interact with it, but now the application is stuck on the loading screen, there's is no error terminating the program but on the console log I notice that error which i showed above, would love to know what could be the causing it and methods to rectifying this problem.
