lesson 10: I'm unable to create a new nextjs app

I keep getting this error each time I run the "yarn create next-app ."

@Cointerior I think this is due to your PC User name having a space between IJAOLA OMONIYI and I think it cannot recognize it. Please search for it on google or stack overflow. Thanks

I tried to fix the problem but I couldn't, I almost spoilt my machine this morning
It works if I try installing with npx
probably I'll just be using npx pending the time I find a solution to yarn
