But from looks of it, you're not importing helper-hardhat

I'm running it on localhost(actually i don't need the helper-hardhat because i didn't use any module on the helper hardhat) with yarn hardhat run scripts/Fund.js --network localhost

can you push project to github and post link to github repo for testing.
Also Need to see other files, like hardhat-config file. Which is why it might be the failed to get chainId
and what command line are you running ?

the Fund.js is in my scripts folder.
The command is : yarn hardhat run scripts/Fund.js --network localhost

you have your node running when you run the script ?
I believe it's hardhat-config giving the error, just trying to pinpoint it now. Can you double check your .env file to ensure all the URLS are in tact with hardhat config URLs and check for any typos in that file.

when I run yarn hardhat node.it works fine .
I run it on localhost ,I don't have any setting about my localhost in my env file.
