windows.ethereum is only defined on my fundme html web page whereas on all other pages, it remains undefiend. Is it normal ?

Can you please also tell me how can I send transactions on Goerli ETH instead of LocalHost ETH.
When i am connected to Goerli Network, i am only able to Fund Goerli ETH but i can not withdraw any.
