@Atharv-02 At this timestamp, he just deployed to rinkeby and it cost the gas fee. Verifying Contracts use case => One of the benefits of blockchain is that it is Transparent, which means anybody can see our code deployed on the blockchain. Etherscan verifies our local machine code with the one deployed on the blockchain and if it is the same one it marks it as verified ✅. This verification gives others security and confidence to other communities about our smart contract being transparent and authentic. |

Why wasn't gas fees deducted when you deployed the contract to rinkeby in part 8:50:00 of your youtube tutorial.
And please also let me know what is the use of verifying contracts on block explorers like etherscan
