Lesson 9: hh: You are not inside a Hardhat project, or Hardhat is not locally installed

Hello,

So this problem isn't really that big of a deal, since I can still run yarn hardhat node. However, it is still a problem. I was trying to run hh node, but it gave me this error-

You are not inside a Hardhat project, or Hardhat is not locally installed

Also, I installed Hardhat (not hardhat-shorthand) with Yarn Plug'n'Play, so does that might have something to do with this?

And here is my Hardhat version-

"hardhat": "^2.12.7"

Sorry, I don't think this is the problem- I do have those dependencies installed.
