eth_blockNumber (58) yarn hardhat node malfunction.

For some reason yarn hardhat node method runs into this issue immediately. The eth_blockNumber appears first, and after the block info, another eth_blockNumber keeps climbing on it's own.
Would just like to know where this issue stems from.

I deleted the 'Hardhat-Localhost' from MM, and ran the node again, It was running fine, and while it was runing I started setting up a new 'Hardhat-Localhost' and as soon as I entered the 'new RPC URL' http://127.0.0.1:8545/ , The following output in node appeared
