Not Able to access my Environment Variables

TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'toHexString')

This is the Error that I am constantly getting whenever trying to setup my PRIVATE_KEY as environment variable and then trying to use it , If anybody has the solution , Please reply

@AnugrahYadav Make sure you have dotenv dependency installed, and it is configured in the hardhat config file.
